Now that I've been making smoothies for a few weeks, I have discovered a few favorite recipes. I just made a new one yesterday and it really surprised me. I bought apricot juice and then I wasn't really sure what to add to it. After some research, I tried this and it turned out awesome:
I have definitely found that simple is best. Once you start getting a ton of different ingredients - lots of varieties of fruits and vegetables - the taste starts to go downhill. At least that has been my experience so far.
Also, I don't really keep track of how much of each ingredient I put in my smoothies, so if you're trying this recipe, just play around with the ratios!
